Enquiry - We’ll take some basic details about you, your home and your project to enable us begin to understand your needs and start the consultation process.
If you simply have a question - please always contact us, we're happy to offer advice even if you're not ready to purchase.
Choose your Appointment - Choose either; an in-person consultation for a truly bespoke and personal experience or, if you’re not quite ready for the nitty gritty just yet, our remote consultation via teams or phone call is ideal to answer any questions you may have.
Pick your time - We have a range of days and times available to suit your lifestyle. We understand that it isn’t always possible to have everyone together at the same place and time, so we’re more than happy to recap on anything you may need after our visit.
Understand your vision - Our unique window planner allows us to tailor our products to suit your needs and budget, ensuring you will be delighted with your new windows and doors.
Measure & Assess- We’ll take the required measurements to issue your quotation & and carry out an initial assessment for access & remedial requirements.
Demonstration - Not all windows are created equally! Our consultants will be happy to show you samples of your chosen window to ensure it meets your exact requirements, and talk you through the key features and benefits as well as any customisations specific to you. It’s important to understand your purchase, and its value for money.
Quotation - Now we are fully equipped with all the information required to put together your personalised quotation. In most cases, we can issue this within 5 working days, often sooner.
Once prepared we will send a quotation in writing, be on hand to answer any queries you may have, until you're fully ready to place your order.
Your time is important to us. That’s why our consultants will only ever be with you for as long as you need to ensure you have all the information you want to make an informed choice.
