Yes - Trickle vents are part of current building regulations, and therefore your installation would not pass inspection without them. We can offer the option to cover them externally.

Do you offer finance/payment plans?
Payment for your windows and doors is broken into three parts; 25% deposit, 50% manufacturing payment and 25% balance on completion.
We will only progress your order on receipt of the relevant payment, however we're happy to keep orders on file. We unfortunately do not offer finance, as the associated costs would meaning passing on a price increase to our customers.

Do you have to visit to provide a quotation?
We understand that not everyone is ready to arrange a visit before discuss prices. We can provide indicative costings, or remote quotations by request. Please contact us for more information
Why are you not registerd with FENSA or CERTASS?
FENSA and CERTASS are companies which provide Insurance Backed Guarantees for fenestration companies. WIndow companies pay a subscription fee in order for this to happen and register the installations themselves, without inspection. We believe it is important that every installation is independently inspected for quality control, and your peace of mind. Our Insurance Backed Guarantee is registered once your installation has passed inspection.
I have blinds installed - will these need removing before installation?
In order to be able to neatly remove and reinstall windows in your property, we need clear access to the window area, and would ask that blinds are removed prior to installation. If this is something you would struggle to do, please discuss this on survey or design consultation and we will do our best to assist.

Do you offer integral blinds?
Yes - these are a great option for high traffic areas, or where other options won't work e.g. bi-folds.
