Most Fenestration companies offer Insurance Backed Guarantee’s, but did you know that this only guarantees the content of the company guarantee? Our comprehensive 15 year guarantee covers you against all product failures. Registering a guarantee is usually done through a self-certification of the work via a company such as FENSA or CERTASS, which replaces the need for local authority inspection.
At Integrity Home Improvements, we believe that independent inspection of every installation is vital, ensuring only the highest quality of workmanship with every job. Once signed off, your installation will be registered with the Consumer Protection Association (CPA) and guarantee issued.

FENSA and CERTASS are companies which provide Insurance Backed Guarantees for Fenestration companies. A subscription fee is payable in order to be a member and register the installations. Registration is on a self-certification basis without inspection. We believe it is important that every installation is independently inspected for quality control, and your peace of mind. Our Insurance Backed Guarantee is registered once your installation has passed inspection.
Foiled and coloured products behave unpredictably dependent on shade of colour, different weather conditions and sunlight. Whilst in usual circumstances, foiled products can remain in excellent condition well beyond 15 years, circumstances outside of our control may impact on this. This is not due to poor manufacturing, simply the behaviour of the material. We are always happy to advise on this at consultation.
